General Terms of Use for NACC Website and Academic / Training Programs

  • We reserve the right to change program content and materials when it becomes necessary.

  • Licensing and/or certification requirements are not the same in every country/state and may include educational, testing, and/or experiential requirements beyond those offered in the program. Prospective students should contact the professional licensing board or similar regulatory body where they plan to work to determine their requirements before enrolling in these programs. 

  • NACC cooperates with many prestigious educational institutions in the world, achieving high-quality, world-recognized educational accreditation certificates. This assures students of quality education and international recognition.

  • Program(s) listed on the NACC website may be offered by its international institutional partners, which have their own requirements, regulations, and LMS (Learning Management System), separate from and not controlled by NACC. In such cases, certification will be issued by the training institutions.

  • Completion of the program(s) may assist students who have previous academic or work-related experience improve their chances for promotion or entry-level employment. The completion of program(s) may not automatically qualify a student for employment.

  • In no event shall NACC be liable to you, or any one claiming through you or on your behalf, for losses or damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, in each case to the extent arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, including your participation in site activities or your use or posting of site content, whehter or not such losses or damages were foreseeable and regardless of whether such damages or losses arise under law or in equity, or are based on tort, contract or any other legal theory or principle.
